I've been using the app for a couple weeks now and thought I should finally get on the forum as making some friends on here will probably help me stay on the workout train.

A little bit about myself. I eat too much junk, drink too much booze, hate cardio, but I do enjoy weight training. I'm hoping if I can build my strength I'll start feeling better about doing cardio, and then start eating better and so on.

I have to admit that the points are very motivating to keep a regular schedule at the gym but I'm frustrated that there isn't more information about how to earn more and what counts as a 'workout'.

I love going to the movies, watching tv, and reading. All three are mostly action/sci-fi. Another reason why I need to get to the gym more often.

So, that's a bit about me. I look forward to getting to know others.
