I'm a new member and the points are definitely helping me make an effort to get to the gym regularily. But I'm frustrated that there isn't an explanation of what counts as a workout. I did 20 minutes of cycling one day, but entered it after the fact as opposed to 'starting' and then 'ending' 20 minutes later. And it didn't count as a workout.

Is there a list somewhere of all the different ways to earn points, the bonuses for certain things, etc.

Any answers would be appreciated.
