Hello everyone! I have had the Jefit app for a couple years. Only really utilized it the last 6 months. I have been motivated these last 5 months to get something done. I had lost 60+ pounds, tweaked a knee, got lazy for a while and gained back 20 like that! I have been on a keto diet for the most part since last October. I give that the most credit for the weight loss. I am in the super motivated mode right now where I look forward to getting up at 4:30 am to work out. Very exciting to be that enthused about changing my body. I'm splitting my workout about 50/50 weight training and cardio. I'm looking for friends for motivation and tips! Feel free to reach out!
