I have used Jefit for quite a while now... well, used is maybe not the right word. Installed is more correct. I have tried to get in shape a few times, gotten it going and failed. I have figured out that it's not the lack of motivation but the lack of making it routine that is the problem.
I have started again and are on my third week of regular training. This time I hope that by involving myself more into this community I will have it easier to transit from motivation to routine. So add me if you want to cheer on a 40 year old slightly overweight guy and I will do the same for you
