    Question about protein shake timing

    Hi everyone. This might be a pretty repetitive question, but I haven’t been able to find something specific to my case. I workout 3 times a week and I lift and then run for 45 minutes. Should I drink protein shake after lifting or after lifting and running?

    Unless you're an elite athlete, it doesn't matter.
