Hello there, I'm new to this community.
I hope this application can help me with new training programm creations and will help me with tracking my progress. I do Olympic lifting, some HIIT/Cardio sessions and Lil bit of crossfit.
The main reason for this combination is that, I got boored with only lifting weights.
