    Hoping for some feedback on my routine. (LIMITED EQUIPMENT)

    Hello folks. Finally found a place where I can ask some questions and hopefully get some feedback. I am in my early 30s with a lot of time behind me without proper exercise. The last time I have been consistent in the gym was back in 2012ish... But now finding myself with the need to start exercising for both health and personal reasons, I am trying to come up with an okay routine for the equipment I have. The goal is to both loose some weight while bulking up. I have been doing just random stuff for the past 3 weeks and I can feel it that is working but I want to balance my work out so that I am not leaving muscle groups lagging too far behind. Here is my routine that I plan on testing next week. Would appreciate any feedback.

    I have access to a cage, two barbells, a ez bar, some dumbbells and kettlebells.
