6 years off weight training thanks to two beautiful kids!

Time to get amped 🏋️*♂️ so that I can keep carrying them both around 👨*👧*👧 and throwing them about 🤸*♀️ which has been my main exercise for a while now 🤣

Office worker during the day so I'll be using the local gym in the evenings and Jefit to track progress and keep diversity of activities high.

Already struggling with diet, I'm not a big eater so am having to get used to eating more and will have to start getting strict to get enough protein and carbs.
