    How to create a custom exercise that requires timer and rest timer?

    I have a couple of exercises that are like the Archers Specific Physical Training (SPT ( They require an exertion period and a rest period - 30 seconds of exercise and 30 seconds of rest, repeated 5 times.

    Perhaps I'm dense, but I can't figure out how to set that up as a custom exercise. The app merely says "record type" with no explanation of the three types.

    I believe you will have the option to edit the duration and the rest once the exercise has been added to a day of your routine?
