I have a couple of exercises that are like the Archers Specific Physical Training (SPT (http://www.kslinternationalarchery.com/Training/SPTs/SPTs.html)) They require an exertion period and a rest period - 30 seconds of exercise and 30 seconds of rest, repeated 5 times.

Perhaps I'm dense, but I can't figure out how to set that up as a custom exercise. The app merely says "record type" with no explanation of the three types.
