Morning all

As the title states, I need help losing weight. I'm in my 40's now and I'm making a big effort to try and lose the extra pounds I put on at Christmas I weighed myself three weeks ago and was at 92kg, did all the measuring and came out with a BMI at 29%.

I'm three weeks into a Keto diet and a three day split workout, I do usually change up my routines every four weeks or so so it doesn't become repetitive and boring.

I'll weigh myself and take new measurements at the start of Feb, I'm hoping I've shred weight/fat. Any help with helping me losing around 10-15kg would be greatly welcomed

I've always been a stocky kinda guy so I'm not expecting it to just fall off.

Is a 10-15kg weight lose sensible 🤷🏻*♂️
