    How to log bodyweight exercises

    hello, wanting to know how best to log bodyweight sets. Specifically DIPS but also any other bodyweight exercise. Do I list my weight as the weight lifted or do I leave that at zero?

    I just do reps but I have noticed that the app adds some weight to my total for that workout after a set of bodyweight exercise. Not sure how that's calculated.
