Simon (Ox) from Australia. Been training a number of years now but had let myself go a bit. Now about to turn 50 need to get back into it.

Cardio I hate but attending bootcamp with a bunch of guys and it's awesome. THe community really helps to keep me motivated. Weight training I do in my home gym which I really do enjoy. Even more so with the JEFIT app as that timer really keeps me going. Love it.
