Thread: N’Fuze?

  1. #1

I went to get some creatine powder yesterday and had the store rep turn me towards N’Fuze…anyone here have experience with it? It is a bit expensive, but he indicated it would have better results and without any bloat feeling (sales pitch?). The main ingredient is Kre-alkalyn which, from a web search, is creatine monohydrate with a pH buffer for better absorption. Reviews I found are mixed.

    Thanks for any response.

Have a look for something called olimp creatine xplode, It's 6 different kinds of Creatine all mixed up together, along with some taurine etc but unless you REALLY like orange, don't get the orange flavor!, also got 0 carbs 0 fat etc

I've had the best results from the cheapest thing i could find actually,

It's pretty fatty with alot of carbs etc in it but i noticed massive increases with it and it's pretty cheap

Well as you can see, you'll get a bunch of different answers. If you want straight creatine, look at a basic creatine monohydrate. If you want something a level above that, look at Con-Cret.

What you have listed there is a pre-workout supplement with creatine in it. PWO supplements also give you a boost with some derivative of caffeine and amino acids. Most have some level of creatine in them. Maybe I'm just picky, but I don't want an all in one solution. So I typically go with one that's lower in creatine or has no creatine for a pre-workout. I will sound like I'm paid by ON, but I like Amino Energy so far (only been a few days). No creatine.

I won't knock creatine because it is useful. Just don't expect that to be your real mass gainer. So to sum this up, your sales guy probably had good intentions, but that's not what you walked into the store for.

    Thanks for the input…

Here’s what had me in the shop looking for creatine. I have been working out now since November 2010 on a strength training program. I wasn’t taking any supplements mostly because I didn’t have much knowledge of what I should take. I got to a point where my weight stabilized and then I started using protein shakes () and eating more to get some additional pounds on. I saw muscle growth and want just a bit more, mostly shoulders and chest. I thought adding creatine might be the way to go. I had understood that this was a good path for my goal, though the salesman told me using it would only swell the muscles while taking it and that for long term I would want something like this N’Fuze product. I’ll do a bit more research.

I really appreciate all the info here and I love the JEFIT app.
