    IMO best way to lose weight is to simply eat less. Find your TDEE and eat less.

    Weight loss is not a very difficult task. We can loss weight easily with some useful ideas. For weight loss it is important to do walk daily. Regular exercise like running,jogging and yoga are best for weight loss. In diet eat less but eat natural food and drink more water.

    There are many ways and programs to lose weight. The important thing is follow the instructions properly without a miss. You need to be vigilant on you food intake to make sure that you have the right nutrition in your body.

    Start a food log. Don't even try to eat less or eat better - just record what you eat for a couple of weeks. Don't commit to anythig, just write it down. Eliminating bad eating habits is easier than it sounds, but you need to spot them first, so start a food log and figure out what is wrong with the food you eat. Once you have it in front of you, you'll know how to fix it.
