    Hello friends...!
    What is the best and effective way to loss weight....? I need some useful weight loss tips...If anyone have any tips related to weight loss then please share with me...Thanks in advance..!

    I find it easy to loose weight its putting on good muscle I find hard if I wabba loose weight I just eat more veg and.less carbs and maybe do more cardio. The hardest part I find is loosing weight off ur stomach though I went from nearly 12 stone to 10 stone but still kept a bit of wobble on.the belly ha ha. Eat more veg though as there's hardly any calories in it plus if u pile.loads on.ur plate it fills u the weight should drop.off in no time

    The best way to lose weight, and keep it off is a healthy diet and exercise. Get your diet in check(cut out junk foods, and eat more fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean meats and eat healthier. Find our your BMR, there are tons of calculators online. If you go to a gym, talk with a trainer on getting some tips on building a weight lifting routine (lifting weights is good for everyone even if you don't want to bulk up, the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn). Cardio is your friend!

    Some effective and natural weight loss tips are
    Avoid all fat foods and fast foods.
    Take low card diet
    Eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits
    Drink plenty of water in a day
    Make regular exercise plan.

    Nice stuff.
    I hope you are also eating solid foods, and if you replace water with soft drinks and juices, you will be amazed how much weight you will lose. You can lose a lot, and if you exercise like run 20mins a day you will lose a lot a lot more.

    hello.
    if you want to loose weight in the gym, try beggining your job with 20 minutes of elliptical, rowing fast and light or indoor clycing (or all of them).
    this will increase the temperature of the body and will help you to burn more calories with the lifting work.
    if you are so brave (and your body is trained to it), after the lifting work, run lightly over 30 minutes. At this moment, when your body has burned its fast energy sources, will need to burn fat to get the strength necesary for this continous effort.
    of course, pay attention to what earlier colleagues have told you.
    don't eat less, eat best.
