    Shame has befallen amongst me! I missed my workout , today was cardio day. My workout buddy canceled on me, but I don't wan't to put the blame on them, I could have gone alone, but that isn't as fun

    i guess i might as well enter my stats though,

    weight: 183 pounds height: 78 inches
    chest: 35 inches waist: 30 inches
    arms: 11.75 inches shoulders: 41.5 inches
    forearms: 10.5 inches neck: 14 inches
    hips: 40 inches thighs 24 inches
    calves: 16 inches

    i did it today! but i didn't complete the entire workout
    here's what i did do though

    1RM
    Cable Seated Row--------------84--------------------50.0x12,60.0x12,55.0x12
    Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown------107.66---------------42.5x10,85.0x8,42.5x8
    Underhand Pull down---------107.66---------------70.0x10,42.5x8,85.0x
    Back Extensions--------------- 0------------------------0.0x16,0.0x15,0.0x15

    what i didn't do

    barbell deadlift
    barbell curl
    incline dumbbell curl
    alternate hammer curl
    half static curl

    At least you got to the gym. What routine are you doing? Why didn't you get them all done?

    If you're going to prioritize them at all, the deadlift and barbell curls (at the very least) need to be in the list that gets done.

    that day i was pressed for time, and i also felt a little light headed and sick

    i am so far going to stick to the preloaded workout with a few bonus exercises that i added

    today was cardio, and i felt that i really gave it 100%


    these are kilometers/minutes, so i did a total of 20k in 36 minutes

    Stationary Bike 16.33 10.0x17,10.0x19

    Since you're just starting out, keep it simple. There's no need to expand on proven routines. I can't comment on JEFIT's routine, but Starting Strength, Madcow, StrongLifts are great places to start. Those are all based on 3 main lifts: deadlift, bench, and squats.

    There's also this routine: [URL]http://jefit.com/routines/workout-routine-database.php?id=2909[/URL] This routine worked really well for me. The guy that created it is a very well respected lifter. Read the post that's in the description of the routine as well.

    For the light headed portion, are you eating right? Getting enough carbs and fluids?
