Hey guys I've been back at the gym for a while now and I want to start getting really serious with my training I need some info on some good pre/post workout supplements I currently am using some whey protien that is my brother in laws don't really know what its called after each session. I'm not trying to loose any weight trying to bulk up a bit if u need any further info about what I do to help with an answer let me know cause there's so many on the market its hard to know what they actually do
