    exercise demo..

    Hey Iwas reading your workout plan and wanted to know how to do some of the exercises you had in your routine. For example the thin tummy..what is that? the skullcrusher is another one that doesn't show how to do it and the scarecrow. Could you tell me how to do these?

    Thin Tummy it is an exercise designed to help with finding and controlling abdominal muscles. Some people don't know where exactly the abdominal muscles are located due to a thick layer of belly fat. Here is a link to a basic Thin Tummy video [url]http://youtu.be/0bgNyaCXRVw[/url]

    Scarecrow is for good posture. Basically my shoulders were leaning forward so that in a relaxed state while standing my arms would naturally end up in front of me rather than on the opposite sides.
