    weight

    I am looking at doing you cutting-full body work out but i am having a hard time on what weight to start with so i can make it throw the sets and reps i am starting this come the 1 of the year. i have not lift weight for a long time now can you point me in the right durection please on what weight to start with on all the work outs please

    Tully you want to work with something you can handle to find your max. Don't over due it, don't under do it.
