    Yeah that looks solid to me. The tuna thing...I just don't get the scare. If you buy the light tuna (e.g. NOT albacore), they aren't alive long enough to absorb much.     I love tuna though I don't nearly as much as you do. Maybe a couple cans a week tops. Throw a little dried dill weed on there and maybe a squirt of lemon juice...yum. I actually prefer to eat salmon...when I remember to cook some.

    Oh and the can of beans thing reminds me of a guy I used to work with. He used to eat and entire can of kidney beans with hot sauce for lunch. We all regretted that. It was awful!

    Gotta eat if ya wanna grow right? I eat pretty much the same things for breakfast & lunch. Lunch is typically McD's salad with chicken and either bunless chicken breast or McBites snack size (so tasty!). Or I eat Penn Station 6" chicken parm with fries. Dinner is up in the air, but its usually light.

    I still hit my calorie/macro goals. I just try to find things that are sustainable. I don't have time to cook and pack my lunch like I used to. Too much sh*t to do.
