    Crush Those Obliques...

    One-Arm Suitcase Deadlift...


    Painful...Keep those muscles tight!!! A good 5x5 scheme does wonders...

    I personally like to keep the clamps off the bar... so if you're NOT keeping it balanced the weight will slide... learn the hard way...
