Hello Guys,,I am following the Jefit 5 days muscle mass split routine. I do exact the amount of sets and reps. I go to my limit every workout so i can just do the final 6 reps of the exercises. But i wonder how many calories i am using average in the workout daily. I eat now 3000 calories a day. But i getting a bit fat at my belly. I will change the routine after 6 weeks to do some cutting .Or i start eating less. Thata why i am curious what i burn with this routine. Thanks in advance if somebody have a clue or a good dieet without loosing strenght and muscles but fat.:-):-):-)
