Status: I’m trying something new....4 weeks with extra focus on chest and back have come to an end meaning chest/back 3 times a week and legs 1/w and shoulders/arms 1/w. Next up starting today for 4w will be focus on legs so legs it is 3 times a week and chest/ back 1/w shoulders/arms 1/w. It’s gonna be brutal.... 😊
