Status: Hey everyone, two of my routines " Bigger Stronger Healthier" and "Leaner Stronger Healthier" are in the top 20 most downloaded routines on jefit. That is great and I'm so glad people at getting the results they want from my routines. Sadly I will be updating these routines soon so those 2 that are on the top 20 will no longer be there hopefully people will be re-downloading my updated version and get them back into the top downloads. Also do everyone knows I recently submitted a new routine it is Stage based not week based so it only gets harder when you get better and with that routine and any of my routines you will get better.
