Status: I usually do my HIIT workout before I do anything like body weight workout or using weights. Should I switch that around, or keep it as is? I am trying to be more active and since I got a new job, I walk around 12,000 a day so I am kind of worn down by the time I start exercising. I am trying to burn fat, and tone up. 2 years ago
