Well I usually take a shower right away after I train because after working out you are covered in sweat, germs and other bacteria from exercises in equipment, touching equipment and more.

I usually mix it up and do around 2 minutes of high intensity running then a minute of running, that helps burn the most fat possible. Thats when I do the treadmill though
