Status: Anyone here with lower back disc problems? I have two degenerated discs with hernia, and after reviewing my MRI results with my doctor we have decided to go with nerve block steroid injections to help shrinking the disc bulges and get some relief (bulges are sitting on nerve roots and causing sciatic pain.) Anyone had nerve blocking injections before? Haven’t been able to be consistent with my workouts for months, and I’m hoping this is give me some temporary relief, at the very least. Thanks! 1 year ago
