Killer workout lets just say leg day isnt ur usual anymore i started doing crazy workouts and its making me stronger still funny to get looks of doubt and question but progress still moving

Did 265 on some power clings today and got a heavy back and shoulder workout as well trying to get my last little tone and tan before i leave for panama city beach Florida friday! Spring break woohoo

Excellent workout today sorry haven't been posting much lately but just been so busy but great chest day 7 sets of 10 and arms 115 tricep over head extensions and 125 lbs curls almost got the plates on there😜 but mainly impressed because ive been doing 4 sets of 10 with 110 dumbbells on flat chest press can say work is paying off!

Moved to an all dumbell workout staying with safe weights and having fun and toning up but good news is passed my first part of test for police next test is tomorrow body building kinda on hold gotta build to e and muscle endurance now!

So i did a hardass core workout today
Sled push 80 yards with 385 lbs for 5 sets lemme say i collapsed then i did a killer ab session for an hour then did trx for 30 min and got in the boxing ring for 10 and called it a day hard brutal but fun and rewarding workout!

Reply to brandonwestfall: Sparring is when you get in the boxing ring and go a few rounds with a partner. It's not to compete, but for both to learn how to clean up their techniques.

Great workout today went back to my go to arm day😠5 sets of dumbbell curls 5 sets of 65 lbs on preacher all to 8 reps then burnout increments of 10 from 145 on preachers (aimed for 5 reps each) 5 sets of overhead seated tricep extensions started at 70 went to 110 all 8 reps 20 pound kickbacks for 5 sets of 8 rope curls 5 sets steady at 50 pounds and finished with barbell curls and skull crushers and a ez bar pyramid i can say it was an anamzing work out today!

Off day today been doing the general fitness workout on here definitely works but lost some strength lol imma just go back to my heavy sets with 6-8 reps and add cardio and abs everyday see if that works
