Status: So ive been focusing lately on my upper arm toning but I cannot seem to get rid of the "batwings" while my biceps and triceps are improving I'm wondering if there's anything exercises out there I should be doing more of or differently. If anyone else has had this issue and any advice? Thanks in advance!
