fitchik4life I do have some pictures :) I'm still pretty new to this app just so you know. I train 5-6x a week. I usually train shoulders with triceps? I'll be open to any advice I can get. It seems like shoulders are the only thing lagging!

cflores35 like I told you before its serious work it helps to do at least 5 or 6 exercises to really hit those muscles. If you train them twice a week you will start seeing results in less than a month. Using a resistance band helps out too
