New best on leg press.....I hit 200lbs this morning for 12 reps. I was alone in the gym so I did the "banana dance". I also figured out all by myself how to use my new lifting straps. Really helped with my deadlifts!!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......adding a picture is a lesson in patience. They are either upside down or sideways. I'm going to go lift something heavy so I don't hurt anything. Hmph!

Woo trucking hoo! 12o lb balancing calf raises! 4 sets of 10+. Calf is healing pretty well! I was able to run a bit on it yesterday. Testing it out. My lunges were only 55lbs. That particular movement makes my calf start a low hum in my head. Not pushing it, but can't wait until I can do my leg work everyday again!

Short but awesome Kettle bell workout. Life bitch slapped me in the face this week, so I took my hurt, angry self to the gym. I was able to do 60lb squats and lunges. My calf is sore but I knocked three sets out!
Oh, just so you know, if you are doing swings between your legs and are not paying attention, if you accidentally lose your grip, that 30lb sucker will actually chip the floor. Just saying. I was just as surprised as you. Wink laugh!

Woohoo! I did 20lb squats and lunges. Although the lunges were slightly sloppy and I looked like a drunk cross-eyed giraffe. Not bad, I'm not quite a month out from tearing my left gastrocnemius (70%) so I'm be super cautious.

Going stir crazy. Pulled left calf muscle last Monday. It's between Grade 2 and 3. Will find out Tuesday when I see orthopod. Still cannot bare full weight. Walking boot helps but tires me out.
