Status: January 2020, I started an intermittent fasting based cut program with 5 friends. Sunday night through Tuesday I do a water fast with only cardio. Any strength work is light. Wednesday and Thursday I have a 6 hour eating window with a Metcon style workout. Friday and Saturday are clean eating days with Strength work. Sunday is clean eating with rest.
