Status: So my weight training is back on track but I must incorporate 2 cardio days... I will be trying a spin class for the first time tomorrow evening and I'm a bit nervous ?. Any recommendations for cardio workouts/classes? I have lost motivation running outdoors and indoors... so I want to switch it up... 6 years ago
Weight : 55.2 kg Body Fat: 0% Height: 144 cm
Main Goal : build muscle and shed off the remaining 4 kilos of fat that I have on my glutes and legs mostly.
Why Do You Workout : To feel and look better than yesterday and to get strong! :)
What Motivates You : My overall feeling and attitude towards myself. Being able to see that i am getting stronger and I look better as well as being able to keep up with my hobbies and improve performance.
