Status: Ok, long time, no see jefit fam. So 2017 was a good fitness year for me. Regular gym time, good eating habits, some progress. Late in 2018 I fell off the wagon. 2020, COVID. Mid-2021, a heart attack that came within a hair's breadth of killing me. Post-heart attack, weight down to the low 150's. Now, back up to 177. Finally turning back to healthier habits and exercise again! I hope coming back to jefit helps me stay on track! Good to be back. 10 months ago
