Status: Hello Jefit community. I have not posted or shared for a few years on here, but I have a question. I`m starting a new career as a CDL driver and will be going over the road for the next 6 weeks training. Do I continue taking my creatine and protein powders for those 6 weeks, or do i just stop completely? I plan on taking my resistance bands, but those don`t equal enough weight to build muscle, just hopefully maintain I`m hoping. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you. 3 years ago

rmerrywell Reply to Alain Joseph: 90 seconds on all compound exercise. 60 seconds on lateral raises, curls, and most unilateral exercises. 120 on squats and deadlifts. Main thing is I lift to complete failure or my form gets shitty.
