Status: Swim training for the month of June is focused on bilateral breathing (breathing on both left and right sides).
Resistance training is still finding my baseline. Additionally, I am trying to find the perfect shoulder workout for me.
As always, I am focused on weight loss and body fat reduction, while not ignoring muscle development.
