Status: I just wanted to say a big thank you for those peeps checking in on me. I'm ok,but it's hard to be on jefit and motivate others when I'm struggling to motivate myself .. The combination of a tender right shoulder , left tennis elbow and crappy lifts have been the holy trinity of WTF is going on... But I have all my hair and teeth so I'm a keeper right?..
I've dropped back my training the past 2 weeks to 3 days a week , push/ pull/ legs and training 1 day on/ 1 day off also taking the weekends off.. Also reduced the number of followers dramatically so I can have better interaction rather than spending hours on jefit and the communication being one sided ..( hopefully I didn't unfriend any that did actually want to keep in touch) .. Hope to be back here sooner that later.. Wishing everyone every success in their fitness and health journeys ..
