Status: Slightly wobbly moment today, although funny ish. Warmed up to my max weight, the during my first set I realised on the 5th rep I had no belt on, and lost concentration at this point I managed to get it back up and into place. went and grabbed my belt and did 7 reps on the next to make up for the lost one, then because I managed to do more, I thought I'll add more weight 😅. Smashed the whole workout...and felt sick after haha. rare feeling but also I know I pushed myself to the limits 💪🏋️‍♂️ 6 months ago
