The Gary John Deadlift challenge is a total of 60 DLS at 65% - 70% of your one rep max in 30 minutes.
Two DLs every minute on the minute for 30 mins straight or one deadlift every 30 seconds for 30 minutes straight.
Sumo or conventional it doesn’t matter.
