Wow! Just . . . wow! Your quads are strong! You mentioned high step-ups in a comment. I learned those from Ph.D. trainer, Bret Contreras, and they are a great glute activator. He distinguishes between glute stretchers, activators, and pumpers. ... More comment4 years ago (private message)

Awesome! Thanks for that info. I think I'll add the step ups into my leg routine. Do they work the hamstrings as well? I might swap them in to replace stiff legged deadlifts. 4 years ago
