The Lockdown Bodyweight Upper routine by greedio is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Use as a circuit. Do all exercises and rest 60 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times. Use variations of each exercise to make it more or less intense. Vary tempo, do as many reps as possible, experiment. Lateral raises can be done with a weighted backpack or anything weighted. Again, vary to include shoulder pressing. Get creative.
