The Band Bootcamp routine by JessicaReneeTowle is a 4 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Get your sweat on ? with today’s workout (4/14/20), which consisted of: 3 circuits with 4 exercises per circuit. 40 secs of work with a 20 sec rest. You will do this for 2 rounds. Rest after the 2nd round of each circuit for 40 secs to 1 min. Remember, listen to your body and do not forget to warm-up and cool down properly. These exercises can also be achieved with just your body weight or grab a weighted household item. ?Circuit 1 (Tube Bandz): 1. Romanian Deadlift to Row 2.
