The Machine-based Strength Program routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This beginner Elite strength training plan includes 3 full-body, training sessions to be completed each week for about 6-8 weeks. Each training session includes 7 exercises that make up 22 sets. Each session will take about an hour to complete. All 3 programs include machine-based exercises.
