The 2 workouts-5 exercises each routine by sppdgym is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This program consists of two workouts to be alternated with every lifting session. Allow 48-72 hours of rest in between workouts. This workout can be done 2-3 times per week.
