The Garage Gym Workout #2 routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
These are two workouts that I actually do from home in my gym out in the garage. Both are full body workouts, don't require a ton of exercise equipment and should take about an hour of your time, depending on your fitness level.
