The Dumbbell Superset 2-Day Plan routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This intermediate-level session includes two days of training with exclusively dumbbells. Both sessions offer a full body workout using 3-4 sets per body part depending on the day.
