The Jefit Strength Program routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
Looking to increase your strength? Try this 3-day, intermediate level strength training program developed by Jefit coaches. In this program you can expect three challenging workout sessions, lasting between 50-80 minutes. The full body gets worked in this strength plan. For best results, follow the program 3x a week for 8-week! Day 1: is an 67-minute session, 8 exercises, 4 sets each x 6 reps. Day 2: is an 50-minute session, 8 exercises, supersets, 3-5 sets x 6-8 reps and 20 reps for all core work at the end of the session. Day 3: is an 81-minute session, 10 exercises, 4 sets x 5-6 reps.
