The 3-Day Strong Abs Plan routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This 3-day ab program will get your core stronger in no time! The well-designed routine offers a combination of different ab exercises each day, traditional (reps.) and interval (time) based sets. There is also a superset at the end of the workout in session one. Expect between 4-5 different exercises in each session and about 12-13 sets. More than enough to overload those abs of yours. Each workout should take about 25-minutes and the core will be asked to work through flexion, rotation, lateral flexion as well stabilization. Have fun and perform the routine for 4-weeks. NUTRITION You probably have a good understanding that ripped abs are made in the kitchen and gym. So, in regard to nutrition, work hard for the next 4-weeks to decrease your added sugar and cut if not eliminate your alcohol intake if you really want to make significant gains.
