The 2-Day DB/No Bench routine by tonywhitney is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Tuesday/Thursday workout plan because I work 12 hour shifts Fri/Sat/Sun and get 20k + steps a shift and am exhausted after. On wednesdays I treadmill and watch TV
